WHY DO THE SCIENTISTS SAY WE SHOULD SMILE EVERY DAY?

Every day each person in the world smiles, minimun, 20 times pro day. I'm also sure that every one of us has made a false smile when we have to wave at our enemy, a flirty smile to the person we love or a predicament's smile when someone takes us a photo for the DNI. However, I want you to inspire smile every day because it has a lot of advantages. Now, I'll tell you 7 reasons why you should do it:

1. Smile to be happier. If you smile, a substances called endorphins are released from our brain to all the body, making us feel this feeling.

2. Smile to cause positive feelings. It's very important to smile because this doesn't only have an affect to you, it affects the others as well. The responsibles of this affect are the "mirror neurons".

3. Smile because the others trust you. It will help you to look more confident, generous and with empathy.

4. Smile because the others forgive you. When you make a mistake it's recomendable to smile because you seem sorry for what you did and even if you aren't feel sorry, you will have more probabilities that others forgive you.

5. Smile to find solutions, Have you ever feel very stressed when you can't find out the solution of a problem? The only thing you have to do it smiling. You'll periphal vision will be bigger and this will help you to be more creative.

6. Smile to seduce. A university made a study which the women tried to seduce a group of men looking or smiling at them. The case that worked better was smiling at them considering that the 60% of men were seduced while in the other case they only could seduced the 20%.

7. Smile to live longer. Also an other study discovered that the people who smiled more in their life lived an average of seven years more than the other who didn't do it

Luis Vuitton doesn't want this model because she's too "fat"

Ulrikke Hoye becomes viral to report through her Instagram Luis Vuitton's brand. The model measures 1,75 cm height, and her mesaures are 79 of chest, 61 of waist and she's between 34 and 36 size. She works a lot with her body and for constituation she's like this, but she said in some interviews that she doesn't want to stop eating like a lot of models do on their professional careers.
She received the news that the brand didn't choose her because she should be thinner than now. So she decided to share in social medias this photo:

Japan's princess renounce to her titles after falling in love with a classmate

Princess Mako of Japan, nephew of the emperors, has decided to renounce her post to get married with the boy who loves but does not belong to any aristocratic family. The couple has announced that they're gonna get married the following year, for that reason Mako will lose all her titles of princess and the privileges of the imperial life because in this country is forbidden that royal ladies get married with a plebeian.

The girl met Kei Komuro when both of them started study at the Leicester's University, they fell in love and at the beginning they started dating in secret because the family of her didn't want that Mako was with any boy who didn't belong to nobility. Finally, she decided to say it in public, now that she represents the Crown of Japan.

I think that the princess needed a lot of courage to be against her relatives and her love towards Kei was also very strong to renounce to all her titles, which were so important. The first time I read this I thought this was like a Disney's couple stories which they would lose all the things only for love. This story is very unbelievable and romantic.

Ariana Grande's terrorist attack

The terrorist attack of the 22th of May in the exit of Ariana Grande's concert died 22 mortal victims and there are sixty of them who are still admitted in the hospital (the majority of them have lost some extremities of their bodies and have deep injuries).

Among the victims there are children, teenagers and parents or relatives who were waiting for the youngs outside the enclosure.

The perpetrator of this awfull event was Salmon Abedi who was 22 years old. He was born in Libi but he lived in Manchester until the attack. Salmon wore an explosive which was tied around his body and he let it exploded when the concert was finished.

I think this is very unfair because more than twenty innocent kids have died without having the blame of anything. Ariana wrote a Instagram's post saying that she was very sorry what have happened and she's going to perform a concert again to earn money and give it to the victims' families. She also said that she won't cancel the Dangerous Woman Tour to honour of the victims but I think she just wants to continue earn a lot of money. The world is getting worse every day...

SAINT GEORGE 2017

"The beauty of life is in each precious moment! Stop and smell the roses!"

I've taken this photo in St. George's day, in Rambla's street, when I was looking for a book in the bookshops, which were set up along the road. There were also some shops that sold roses of all the kinds and colours and there's where I stopped, took my camara out of its cover and shot to a very beatiful roses. I took this photo in a high angle, in a way you can perfectly see the open flowers. These kind of roses I liked so much because of their elegance, with a little diamond in the middle of each one and with their red petals. This is the reason why I chose to take this photo in black and white less the red roses: to focused only on them, because they transmit passion and love, which are the most popular feelings on this special day.

T-SHIRT'S QUOTES

This T-shirt I bought it in a Mango's shop, when I was going shopping with my mother. The first time I saw it, my eyes went to the quote which was written in white letters in the middle of the T-shirt and I started reading it: "I always safe the best flavors for the end". I felt very identified with this message because always that I have to eat something, I eat first the food that I don't like and then the one which I like the most such as the ice cream.

Once I read the quote I wanted to buy it immediatly!




This T-shirt was on sales, in Bershka. I found very ugly T-shirts but this one, it's missage shocked my. It was exactly the kind of clothes I was searching. It's says: "Blah, Blah, Blah... No excuses. Thank you".

There are a lot of people that sometimes, when you decide to meet with them or they do no do their homework, in the last moment they say: "Ups, sorry! I've made a plan before" or "I forgot it at home/ My dog ate my homework" and when this happens, this quote comes to my mind.
